FROZEN PEOPLE 1.3.2025 arriving & accessibility
Pikisaari

Arriving

The festival area is located in Pikisaari, near the center of Oulu (Pikisaarentie 15). We recommend walking to the festival to avoid traffic. The nearest bus stops are in the city center and Raatti, through which most bus lines run.

If you're arriving by car, it's best to park in the Raatinsaari parking lots or in the city center, such as near the market square. Parking in Pikisaari is only allowed in the designated parking spots along Pikisaarentie, which are limited.

The event area is located at the end of Pikisaarentie, around the old wool factory area. The official entrance is at the beginning of the courtyard. Other routes are not maintained in winter, so use the main entrance to avoid slippery areas.

The festival in Pikisaari is free of charge and has no age restrictions.
Accessibility

The outdoor festival area is generally accessible, though ice and slush may make some areas uneven, slippery, and difficult to navigate. We are taking measures to improve safety, including sanding.

There is a wide-door portable toilet at the festival site.
Kulttuuritalo Valve
