Uleå Block Party

The urban block party Uleå, open to everyone and free of charge, will be organized as part of the Oulu Days program on Saturday, September 7, from 15:00 to 21:00!💜 Uleå spreads to Ojakatu behind Cultural Centre Valve, Madetoja Park and Cultural Centre Valve’s interior.

Uleå's programme has been put together through an open call. The event will have music, art, inclusive activities and performances.
